8. Elections

8.1: Elections shall be run democratically and shall occur on an annual basis for the Organising Committee.
8.2: Election dates shall be well advertised to ensure all interested parties receive sufficient notice.
8.3: All procedures shall be transparent.
8.4: Election procedures are outlined in Addendum 2 to the constitution.
