15. Dissolution of Pride

15.1: Pride can only be dissolved on a resolution by a two-thirds majority at a meeting convened mutatis mutandis as in 8.2 supra herein.
15.2: In the event of any such dissolution, the proceeds and any assets of Pride shall devolve on the National Coalition for Gay and Lesbian Equality, or its lawful successor, or in the absence of any, to be distributed among organisations working in South Africa on Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender issues, by the last elected Board of Trustees, in their discretion.
